AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77-25 TO
PROVIDE FOR AN AMENDED ESTIF~ATE OF REVENUE
AND EXPENSES FOR THE EISCAL YE~RBEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1977 AND~ ENDING SEpT~vmER 30, 1978.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance No.
77-25, was heretefore passed and adopted by the-City Council of
said City, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from all
sources andthe estimated expenditures to the various purposes
for the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 77-25, the City of Boynton Beach had received Federal Revenue
Sharing in the amount of $27,601.00 in the form of Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance (for the calendar quarter beginning April 1,
1978), thereby increasmng the estimated revenue of the City
accordingly; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it
essential to appropriate the said amount of $27,601.00 to various
departments as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the estimated revenue of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby increased by tb
amount of $27,601.00 received from the said Anti-Recession Fiscal
Assistance Program of the Federal Government.
Section 2: That the said $27,601.00 is hereby
appropriated to be expended as follows:

Section 3: That this Ordinance shall become effective
