AMENDING SECTIONS 31.1 (K) (1) (a) and SECTION 31.1
(B) (c)~ APPENDIX A OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF BO~TON BEACH~ ~L~R~A~ EXE~PTIN~ SINGLE FA;~ILY
HOME BUtLDING A~D-FLOOR PLANS FROM PLANNING ADD ZONING
BOARD AND CITY COUNCIL REVIEW RELATIVE PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT~_;~PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS
CLAUSE~ REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 31.1 (E) ~!) (a) of Appendix A,
of the Codified Ordinanc~of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, be
"(6)~Building locations and architectural definitions of
all structures proposed except for single family homes
which are a part 6f %he project sAall be depicted on
the preliminary plan or plat and the supplementary mat-
erials required; and,'~
Section 2: That Section 31.1 (B) (c) Appendix A, of
the Codified Ordinance of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida,be,and the same is hereby a~emded to read:
'~[c) Is developed according
plans which include streets,
sites and the like and site
to comprehensive and detailed
utilities~ lots, building
plans, floor plans and
elevations for all buildings except for single family
homes intended to be located, constructed, used, and
related to one another, and detailed plans for other uses
and improvements on the land related to the buildings~':
Section 3: Authority to Codify: Specific authority ~s
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance
in the City's existing Code.
Section 4: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance is separable, including word, clauset phrase
or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared
invalid, the remainding portion shall not be affected but
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 5: Repealing Rrovision: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be-
come effective in the manner and at the time provided by
law.
