FLORIDa ADOPTING NkTtONAL ELECTRICAL CODE
1975 EDITION., TOGETHER WITH UNIFORMMINIMUM
PALM 'BE~CH COUNTYWIDE AMENDMENTS THERETO;
PROVIDING FOR FEE SCHEDULE, SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPE~AING PROVISION-, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PUPd?OSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~
Section 1: That the National Electrical Code 1975 Editio
together with uniform ~inimum Palm Beach Countywide amendments
thereto, copies of which are now on file in the office of the
Municipal Building Official of the City, be and the same are
hereby adopted and established as the Uniform National Electrical
Code of the C~ty of Boynton .Beaeh, Florida. Section 9-36 of the
Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, providing for
schedule of electrical permit fees shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this ordinance in the
City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this ordinan~9 is separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion
full force and effect.
