1976 EDITION, TOGETHER WITH UNtFOP~4MINIMUM
PALM BEACH COUNTYWIDE AMENDFiENTS THERETO;
PROVIDINGFOR FEE SCHEDULE~ SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISION, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON'BEAC~ FLORIDA:
i~ection 1: That the Standard Mechanical Code 1976
Edition, t~9~ther~i~h uniform minimum Palm Beach Countywide amend
ments thereto,~opies of which are now on file in the office of the
Municipal Building Official of the City, be and the same are hereby
adopted and established as the ~niform Standard ~echanical Code
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. Mechanical fees shall be
c~arged from the Municipal Buildinc Code fee schedule now in effe(
based upon valuation of work performed.
S_ection 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this ordinance ~n the
City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separabi!ity: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance ~s separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared ~nvalid,
the remaining portion shall no~ be affected bu~ shall remain ~n
full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective ~n the manner and at the time provided by law.
