AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA ADOPTING STANDARD BUILDING CODE 1976
EDITION, TOGETHER WITH UNIFORM MINIMUM PALM
BEACH COUNTYWIDE AMENDMENTS THERETO; PROVIDING
FOR FEE SCHEDULE, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISION, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the Standard Building Code 1976 Edi
together with uniform minimum Palm Beach Countywide-amendments
thereto, copzes of which are now on file in the office of the
Municipal Building Official of the City, be and the same are
by adopted and established as the Uniform Standard Building Code
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. Section 107.4 of the
Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, providing for
schedule of building permit fees shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 2: Authority to Codify:
is hereby granted to codify and incorporate
City's exzsting Code.
Section 3: S~parabiTity: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance ms separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
