12 WHEREAS, the ity Commission of the C,1 of Boynton Beach, Florida has
13 adopted Ordinance No. 02 -0 , in which a Revise 'Zoning Map was adopted for said City;

15 WHEREAS, the City of B • v nton Bach has filed a petition on behalf of the owner to

16 rezone a parcel of land more particul. ' escribed hereinafter; and
1 Y WHEREAS, the City Comr(ss •n, following required notice, conducted a public
1 B hearing to consider the rezonin and he.. d testimony and received evidence which the

21I WHEREAS, the Ci ' Commission finds at the proposed rezoning is consistent with
