Vice Mayor DeLong called the special meeting to order at 5:05 P.M.
to oonsidem two items.
The Vice Mayor explained the urgency of the approval o~ Resolution No.
73-HH in regard to I-95 right-of-way in the vicinity of the recreation
area on S.W, 15th Ave.
[sr. Simon read Resolution No. 73-HH in wl~ch the City approves the
offer of the Department of Transportation of $38~080.00 and
authorized the execution of neeessary instruments for the con-
veyance of the subject panel.
~.!r. Roberts asked the City hanager if this matter had been fully
checked out. Mr. Kohl assured the Council that all concerned was
in accord and everything was O.]~.
Roberts moved to adopt Resolution No. 73-HH.
Motion seconded by ~;~. Harmening.
P~. Harmening asked the City Attorney if the paper work was in order.
Mr. Simon answered yes. Briefly, it is an agreement to make the
conveyance for that amount and the deed appears to be in proper
order.
Motion car~ied 3 - 0.
Preli~__nary Plat of Lake Eden Sub-Division, Plat No. 4, (On the
Mr. Roberts made a motion to remove this item from the table.
Motion seconded by Mr. Harmehing and carried 3 - 0.
The City Manager and Jack Barrett, Bu/lding Official assured the
Council that all was in order to approve the preliminary plat of
Lake Eden Sub-Division~ Plat No. 4.
