8 Schedule for Land Development Activities on June 18, 2013, pursuant to the adoption of
9 Resolution No. R13-049; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Commission approved amendments to the Land Development
11 Regulations governing Mobile Vending at the October 1, 2013 Commission meeting; and
12 WHEREAS, this amendment will add fees associated with the review of Mobile
13 Vending Units, Mobile Vending Site permits and Mobile Vending Assembly permits to the
14 Planning and Zoning Fee Schedule; ani
15 WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Boynton Beach finds that the
16 adoption of this revised fee schedule is necessary and is in the best interest of the health,
17 safety and welfare of the citizens or residents of Boynton Beach.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
19 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
20 Section 1. The above referenced whereas clauses are incorporated herein by
21 reference.
22 Section 2. The fees for Land Development related activities attached hereto as
23 Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the fee schedule for those
24 related activities as indicated on the fee schedule. A copy of the fee schedule shall be
25 maintained in the City Clerk's office as well as the Planning and Zoning Department.

Fees are not refundable after staff review has begun unless noted otherwise herein.
Reviews will be discontinued if a check is returned; to re-apply an applicant must pay the application fee plus the fee for returned checks as established by the
City.
Applicants applying for activities requiring noticing in the local newspaper (PB Post) shall also remit the current advertising fee to cover said costs.
