Mayor Wallace called the Special meeting to order at 3:30 P. M.
Request to Use Sound Trucks
One request is from Boynton Beach Jaycees, Richard Lambert: President.
There are two requests from O. T. McLean; one for Election Day only~
and another fom December 6th and 7th~ 1971.
Mr. Archie moved that the requests to use sound trucks be 9merited based
on the applications presented~ and that no politics beoome involved or
the permit will become void. This means only to get out the vote with
no mention o£ names: no signs: pictures or posters. Motion seoonded by
Mr. Effron. Motion carried 5-0.
