With the approval of the entire Council Mayor Wallace called the
workshop session to order at 5:15 P. M. for a special meeting to
consider the selection of an architect.
Mr. Jones recommended George Davis.
Mr. Archie moved to accept the ~ecommendation of the City Manager.
Motion seconded by Mr. Effron and carried 5-0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:16 P. M.
