4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
5 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
6 COMMISSIONER MICHAEL FITZPATRICK AS A
7 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COUNTYWIDE
8 INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION PROGRAM
9 AND APPOINTING MAYOR JERRY TAYLOR AS
10 ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
11 COUNTYWIDE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
12 COORDINATION PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
13 EFFECTIVE DATE.

16 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled
17 to representation on the Countywide Intergovernmental Coordination Program; and
18 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for
19 such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right
20 and honor of service.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
22 ' THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
23 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as
24 being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
25 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
26 appoints Commissioner Michael Fitzpatrick as a representative to the Countywide
27 Intergovernmental Coordination Program and appoints Mayor Jerry Taylor as alternate
28 representative to the Countywide Intergovernmental Coordination Program.
29 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
