3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
4 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
5 MAYOR JERRY TAYLOR AS A REPRESENTATIVE TO
6 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES,
7 ' AND APPOINTING VICE MAYOR JOE CASELLO AS
8 ; ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM
9 BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES; AND
10 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

13 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled
14 to representation on the Palm Beach County League of Cities; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for
16 such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right
17 and honor of service.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
19 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
20 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as
21 being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
22 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
23 appoints Mayor Jerry Taylor as a representative to the League of Cities and appoints Vice
24 Mayor Joe Casello as alternate representative to the Palm Beach County League of Cities.
25 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
