A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING EDWARD HARMENING, MAYOR AS A
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AND APPOINTING JOSE
AGUILA, VICE MAYOR AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City
Florida is entitled to
Municipal League; and
Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
representation on the Palm Beach County
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the
qualifications necessary for such representation and wishes to
bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor
or service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT~RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby
ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and incorporated
herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby appoints Edward Harmening, Mayor, as a
representative to the Palm Beach County Municipal League and
appoints Jose Aguila, Vice-Mayor, as alternate representative to
the Palm Beach County Municipal League.
Section 3.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately
