A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A
PAY PLAN AND PAY MATRIX FOR THE
1993/94 FISCAL YEAR FOR THE
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD FIREMEN &
OILERS (I.B.F.&O.), AND THE GENERAL
AND NON-CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Pay Matrix has been adjusted to reflect the 4%
salary adjustment for all I.B.F.&O. and general and non-classified
employees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission does hereby authorize and
approve a pay plan and pay Matrix as attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
for all I.B.F.&O. and general and non-classified employees.
Section 2.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately
