A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND WALDEC GROUP, WHICH AGREEMENT
IS ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, upon recommendation of staff, has deemed it appropriate
to enter into a Maintenance Agreement with Waldec Group,
providing for maintenance for word processing equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMmiSSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach-hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute a Maintenance Agreement between the City of Boynton
Beach and Waldec Group, providing for maintenance for word
processing equipment.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

all in strict accord~ce with the s~cifications, including ~y ~d
all Addenda, an~ in strict compli~ce with the S~ification

It is ~derstood ~d agre~ that said labor, materials, tools.
equipment and service shall be f~nish~ ~d said work perfo~
and complet~ under the direction and supervision ~d s~j~t to
the approval of the ~er or its authoriz~ representative.
However, the Con. actor shall retain his identity as an inde~ndent
contractor and no wise shall be consider~ an agent of the ~ner.
ARTICLE II: CONTRACT PRI~
The Two year Contract amount is Seventeen thousmnd, four hundred
and ninety dollars (17,490.00) based upon unit lump sum-prices
herein contained. The undersigned Bidder agrees that he has
carefully inspected the Bid Specifications and is thoroughly
familiar with all conditions therein. The Bidder further agrees to
commence removal within twentyTfour (24) hours after notification.
