A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE F~YOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT DEED TO
LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT (L.W.D.D.)
FOR A TWENTY FOOT WIDE AREA ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF THE WESTERN WATER TREATMENT
PLANT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Western Water Treatment Plant is bordered on
the west by the E-3 Canal; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Worth Drainage District has an existing
easement parallel to the canal for maintenance; and
WHEREAS, upon widening Boynton Beach Boulevard, the
D.O.T., effectively eliminated the access to this existing
easement;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an
Easement Deed to Lake Worth Drainage District (L.W.D.D.) for
a twenty (20) foot wide area on the south side of the Western
Water Treatment Plant.
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.

Quarter (SE-1/4) a distance of 70.45. feet to the existing North rig~qt-of-way line
