A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
PROVIDING AND APPROVING AN ADJUSTED FEE
SCHEDULE FOR THE BOYNTON BEACH MUNICIPAL
GOLF COURSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it necessary to set
forth uniform fees and poli~ies for the use of its Municipal
Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, due to finance considerations it has become
necessary to adjust various fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. A listing of rates for various services
for the Boynton Beach Municipal Golf Course is attached hereto
and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
