~EREAS, pursuant to the Charte~ of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being~Ordinance No.
77-25; was heretofore passed and adopted by the City Council of
said City,: adoptin~ a budget showing revenue of the City from all
sources end the estimated expenditures to %he ~arious purposes for
the ensuing fiscal year; and

No. 77-25, the City ~f Boynton Beach had received Federal Revenue
Sharing in the amount of $43,542.~0 in the form of Anti-Recession
