AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75~19 OF SAID
CITY BY R~ZONING PAB2~LS-LOCATED IN SECTION 21.
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS ~ OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
ZONE R-2 TO ZONE R-3; PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS
CLAUSE, PdE~EALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton BeaCh,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said
Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described property located
in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same ms hereby rezoned from Zone R-2 to Zone R-3:
The South half of the East half of Lot 2,
of subdivision of West half of the South
East quarter of Section 21, Township 45
South, Range 43 East, less the South 125
feet thereof, and Lots 1 thru 12 inclusive
Block 1, Palm Beach Country Club Estates.
Section 2: The said~Revised Zoning Map of the City
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance ms separable, including word. clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
