AN ORDINANCE OF THE CItY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION 5-2.1 (c~ AND
SECTION 5-2.1 (d), PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION
CLEAN-UP BONDS; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED
BOYNTON BEACH:
Section 1:
and Section 5-2.1 (d)
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
That the provisions of Section 5-2.1 (c)
of the codified ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, providing for construction clean-up
bonds be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing~ _ ~ ~rovision: All Ordinances or
parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
