AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF SAID CITY BY RE-
ZONING LOTS 1, 2, and 3, BLOCK 4, GULF STREAM ESTATES
PLAT NO. 2, ~2qD PORTION OF ABUTTING RIGHT OF WAY,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM ZONE R1-A TO C-l; PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,

Section 1: The following described property located
in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same zs hereby rezoned from Zone R1-A to C-i:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 4, and West 25 feet of
that portion of the R/W known as Coral Way
~butti~g Lot 3 on th~ East, less R/W as set forth
in R.O.W. Deed Bk. 906, page 547, and W 15 feet
of Lot 1, Block 5 & E 25 feet of that portion of
R/W known as Coral Way abutting Lot 1, Block 5 on
the West, GULF STREAM ESTATES PLAT NO. 2, recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 51.
The granting of this zoninc is predicated upon
owner's agreement that the above property shall
consisn and remain a unmty of ownership and title,
and in the event title to said parcels ms ever
severed, the zoning of the above-described property
shall automatically revert to zone R1-A.
Section 2:
The said Revised Zoning Map of the City
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provismons of this
Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remamnmn,
portion shall not be affected but shall remamn in full force and
effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: Ail ordinances or
parts of ordinances mn conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
