AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING APPENDIX A TO THE ZONING REGuI~ATIoNS OF
SAID CITY TO PROVIDE FORESTABLISHMENT OW TAXI
OFFICES IN ZONE C-2, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT; DROVIDING~FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, RE-
PEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER'PURP~SES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN~I~ OF THE CITY OF BOYNT0
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 6B, Appendix A, Zoning
Regulations of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same
is hereby amended by adding to permitted uses in zone C-2,
neighborhood commercial district, the following:
"r. Taxi Offices."
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of thi~
ordinance is separable, including word~ clause, phrase or sentenc~
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remainin
