ANSON~_i~ND MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT F~oM
PUD-~?~. R1AAA PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
31-1 (3) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FL(~RIDA; PROVIDING FOR A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, properties more particularly described in
Ordinance ~74-~31 and Ordinance 975-6 Of the City of Boynton Beach
Florida are annexed to the municipal limits of said City, said
properties being more commonly known as the Meadows and Anson
Planned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS ~he developers of said prc]ect have abandoned
said project and have failed to file preliminary and final
development plans as required by City .Z.on~n~ fegulation~
Chapter 31-1(3) of the codified ordinances of said City within
the time limit se~ forth therein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said City
zoning regulations, ~ailure ~o pr~ceedwi~h d~velopme~t
automatically results in reversion of subject property to the
highest existing zonmng classification under the City's zoning
code.
NOW, THEP~EFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the municipal zoning of property
constituting the above described development, be and the same zs
hereby reverted to zone R1AAA, and any and al/ agreements hereto-
fore made with the developer of said project are hereby deemed
null and void pursuant to applicable provisions of ~he ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance is separable~ including word, clause, phrase or sentenc
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaini~
portion shall not be affected but shall remazn in full force and
effect.
Section 3: Repealing?rovisioq: Ail ordinances or parts
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
)ecome effective in the manner and at the time provided by lawJ

Second, final reading and passage, this 3~ day of
January, 1978.
