AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77-25 TO P~0VIDE FOR AN
AMENDED ES~iMATE OF REV~d~ A~D EXPENSES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR B~II~N~ OCTOBER I, 1977 A~D ~DING
WHEREAS, pursuant to the ~narter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 77-25, was heretofore l~mssed and adopted by the City Council
of said City, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from
all sources and the estimated expenditures to the various pur-
POses for t_he ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 77-25, t~he City of Boynton Beach had received Federal Revenue
Sharing in the amount of $37,444.00 in t~he form of Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance. thereby increasing the estimated revenue of
t_h~ City accordingly; and
W~EPJ~AS, the City Council of said City deems it essential
to appropriate the said amount of $37,444.00 to various
ments as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE,
