AN EFFECTIVE DATE _~TD FOR OTHER pURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BoYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
· 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed

plat of Cranbrook Lake Estates, heretofore submitted to the City
COuncil of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval,
complies with all requirements of the Charter and Ordinances of
said City, and same is hereby approved, subject to developer
filing with the City Clerk a performance and completion bond in
the total amount of ~462,000.00, insuring that improvementS with-
in said area are installed, completed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion hereto shall be declared invalid, t
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provmded in the Charter
and ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
