AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 ,OF SAID CITY BY RE-
ZONING LOTs 14 and 16, C. W. COPP'S ADDITION,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM ZONE
R-2 TO C-2; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, RE-
PEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WREREAS~ 'the City Council of the City oi Boynton Beach,
Florida. has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in Which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City CouNcil deems it to be in the besf
interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said
Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH]
Section 1: The following described property located in
the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby rezoned from Zone R-2 to C-2;
Lots 14 and 16, C. W. COUP'S ADDITION, recorded
in Plat Book 7, Page 56, of the Public Records
of Palm Beach County, Florida.
