AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.7$'t9OF SAID CITY BYGPJtNTING
CONDITIONAL USE TOCONSTRUCTAND OPERATE A CRE~I~ITORIUM
ON--PARCEL LOCATED IN GOVERNRiENT LOT 2, SECTION 22,
TOWNSHIp 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HERE!NA~TER~mo. PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE~
REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE $~D FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No.. 75-t9 in. which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best in-
terests of hhe inhabitants of said City to amend the said Revised
Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BO~NTON BEACB, FLORIDA:
Section 1: A conditional use to construct and operate a
crematorium is hereby granted on the following described property
(See attached description)
Section 2: That said Revised Zoninq Map of the City shal~
be amended accordingly.
Section3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or senuenc~
and if any portion thereof sha~l be declared invalid, the re-
maining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
force and effect.
Section 4: ~e__pealing Provision: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
come effective in the manner and au the time provided by law.
