fiscal year previously prepared by ~e City ~nager now on file
in ~e City ~1I of ~e Ci~ of ~ton Bea~, Florida, De
September 30, 1978, pursuant to and in compliance with the
Section 28 amd Section 84 of the City Charter of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, said budget being made a
'part ~hereof by reference.
That there is hereby appropriated the sum
of $6~ 392.~7~ ~ ~ ~eneral FUnd for the payment of operating
eXPe~s &~ r~ecessary capital outlay for the City Government
pursuan~ te tqie terms of t=he above budget.
Section 3: That there is hereby appropriated the sum
of $11,931 tO the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt
service for the purpose of paying the interest, principal and
reserve due on the general obligation bonds of the City not
subject to statutory exemptions and for redeeming such bonds
as they mature.
Section 4: That there is hereby appropriated t~he sum-
of $2,187,735 to the Water and Sewer Utility Fund for operating
expenses and necessary capital Outlay.

~at there is hereby appropriated to the
Water and Sewer Utility Fund the sum of $840,616 for t~e purpose
of paying, interest d~e on ~he Water and Sewer Revenue B~nds, t-he
sum ef $467~000 for~ ~epreciat'ion of the~ utilities fixed assets
and amortization of its Revenue Bond~' Discounts and prepaid insur-
ance, and.the sum of $185,000 for transfer to the General Fund
for a total of $1,492,616.
That there is hereby appropriated the sum
of $35,400 to the Publicity and Advertising Fund for the payment
of operating expenses pursuant to the terms of the above budget.
Section 7: That this Ordinance shall become effective
from and after its passage in accordance with~the Charter of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, in such cases made and provided.
