BEGI~ING~OCTOB~ 1, 1976, AND ~D~G SEPT~ER 30, 1977.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Fie,ride, an.appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 76-35, Was heretof6me passed and adopted by the City Council
of said City, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from
all sources and the estimated expenditures Go the various pur-
poses for'the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 76-35, the City of Boynten Beach has received Federal Revenue
Sharing in the amount of $37,276.00-in the'(form of Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance, thereby increasing the estimated revenue of
the City accordingly; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it essential
to appropriate the said amount of $37,276.00 to various depart-
ments within the General Fund as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the estimated revenue of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby increased by
the amount of $37,276.00 received from the said Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance Program of the Federal Government.
Section 2: That the said $37,276.00 is hereby appropriated
to the General Fund to be expended as follows:

Section 3: That this Ordi~nce shall become effective
