AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYN~ON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AYaENDING.ORDINANCE NO. 75-t9 OF SAID CITY BY RE-
ZONING THE SOUTH HALF (S1/2) OF LOT 3 AND THE soUTH
HALF (S1/2) OF LOT 4, LAUREL HILLS, A SUBDIVISION
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 38, (315 N. W. 7TH
STREET and 3t6 N. W. 7TH STREET, BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA), FRQM ZONE R-lA TO ZONE C-2; PROVIDING
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION, AN
EFFECTIVE DATH ~ND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
?~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems in the best interests of
the inhabitants of said City to amend the said Revised Zoning
Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section t: The following described parcels of land located
in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same are hereby rezoned from Zone R-lA to Zone C-2:
The South half (S1/2) of Lot 3, LAUREL HILLS
Subdivision, accordinG to the plat thereof on fils
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recoreded in Plat
Book 21, Page 38. (315 N. W. 7th Street, Boynton
Beach, Florida).
and
The South half (S1/2) of Lot 4, LAUREL HILLS
Subdivision, according to the plat thereof on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court mn
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in
Plat Book 21, Page 38. (316 N. W. 7th Street, Boynton
Beach, Florida).
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning ~{ap of the City shall
be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sen-
tence, and if any portion thsreof shall be declared invalid, the
remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance skall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
