AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 6 lA) (1) OF APPENDIX A - ZONING
REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF SAID
CITY, TO PROVIDE FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF CREMATORIUMS
UNDER ZONING C~i AS A CONDITIONAL USE; PROVIDING
FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE ~ND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 6 (A) (1) of Appendix A - Zoning
Regulations of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Section 6 (A) (1) Uses Permitted
c. Funeral Homes
c.1. Funeral Homes with Crematorium~
6 (A) (la) Conditional Uses Allowed.
Those uses specified above which are followed by an asterisk
(*) shall be deemed to be conditional uses, which may be consider-
ed and granted in accordance wiuh the procedures set forth in Sec-
~io~'~122 of-~kppendix A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
Section 2: Authority to codify: Specific authority is here-
by granted to codify and incorporate this ordinance in the City's
existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentenc~
and if any portion thereof shalT be declared invalid, the remain-
ing portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provzsion: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance
