20, TWP. 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA,
ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, LESS T~LE EAST 3 ACP~ES,
AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 975, PAGE 125, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNT~, FROM ZONE R-1-A TO C-l; PROVIDING
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BK{EREAS, the Ci~%y Council of the City of Boynton Beach, FlorJ
has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a Revised
Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interes~
of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said Revised Zoning
Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described parcel of land located
in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1-A to Zone C-l:
The South 156 Feet of the North 450 feet of the West
quRrter (W. 1/4) of Lot 8 of the Subdivision of Section
20, Twp. 45 South, Range 43 East, Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to Plat Book 1, Page 4, less the East 3 Acres,
as described in Deed Book 975, page 125~ Public Records
of Palm Beach County.
Location North of 715 N. W. 2nd Avenue.
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City shall be
a~aended accordingly.
Section 3: Separability: Each of~the provisions of this
Ordinance zs separable, including word, clause, phrase or
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaing
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All> ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become
effective ~n the manner and a~ 5he time provided by law.
