AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYt~TON BEACH~ FLORIDA ,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76~35 TO PROVtnE FOR AN AMENDED
BE~ OCTOB~ ~, ~956, ANO ~D~G SEPT~BER 3O, Z977.
No. 76~35, was heretofore passed and adopted by
of said City, adopting a budget showing revenue

WHEREAS,. pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton

WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 76-35, the City of Boynton Beach has received Federal Revenue
Sharing in the amount of $93,410.00 in the form of Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance, thereby increasing the estimated revenue of
the'City accordingly; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it essential
to appropriate the said amount of $93,410.00 to various depart-
ments within the General Fund as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the estimated revenue of the City Of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby increased by
the amount of $93,410.00 recezved from the said Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance Program of the Federal Government.
Section 2: That the said $93,410.00 is hereby appropriated
to the General Fund to be expended as follows:
