13 OF THE CODIXWLED ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY, INCREASING
THE CHARGE FOR DELIVERING GARBAGE, -TRAS~t, RI~!rUSE AND
DEBRIS ,TO T-HE CITY DUMP; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY~XI~O
CODLFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, 'AN
EFFECTIVE DA TE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OR-DA I~NED BY TI-IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNT(
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Subsection (3) (D) (b} of Section 13-39 of Chapter 13 of
the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and is here-
by amended to read as follows:
(D} Responsibility of occupant.
All persons delivering garbage, trash, refuse, and
debris to the city dump shall be charged at the rate
of $1.00 per cubic yard, with,,~.minimum~ cha~Fg, e Qf
$1. 25 for each dumping, except as provide~ f~r in
this article. Persons 'using the city dump as set
out in this section shall do so only after purchasing
tickets for said purpose from the city.
Section 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify and incorporale ibis Ordinance in the City's exisiing Code.
Section 3: Separabiiity: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinance
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
