AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section,.] :Thai S~ction 12-18 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynto~
Beach, Florida be, and the same is hereby amended to read:
Seclion 12-18. trite Districts.
There is hereby established within the municipal limits of the City of
Boynion Beach, Florida, fire districts as more particularly set forth and
designated on official, fire district map prepared by the Fire Chief of the City
Of Boynton Beach, Flo~kla, dated the day of
copy of which shall be maintained in the office of the City C k of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, which map is hereby designated as the official fire
districts map for the City.
Section 2: Au!t!~o:r. ity to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted to codif,
and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is separah
including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be
declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affecled but shall remain
in full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: Ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by law.
