~ore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for
said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the bes~ interests of the inhabi-
tants of said City to amend the said Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter_ set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described parcels of land located in the City of Boyn
Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and the. same are hereby rezoned from
Zone R-3 (Multiple-Family Dwelling District) to C-3 (Community C~ommercial Dis-
trict):
Lois 21 and 22, CRESTVIE~V Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
on ~le in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 154;
and
Lots 3, 4, §, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, ROBINSON ADDITION, according to the
plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for Palm Beach County, Plorida, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 154.
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accord-
ingly.
Section 3i. Separability:. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is separabl~
including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be de-
invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances orparts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
