WHEREAS, City staff has evaluated the Red Light Camera Program and the volume
of vocal hearings and determined that only one Magistrate is needed to facilitate the hearings;

WHEREAS, staff is requesting that the City Commission pass the proposed
Resolution removing Ankur R. Sevak, as Red Light Camera Magistrate and terminating any
Agreement with Ankur R. Sevak; and
Special Magistrate Services with Ankur R. Sevak.

Section 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed

hereby removes Ankur R. Sevak, Esquire from serving as additional Special Magistrate and
