A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE LETTER OF
CREDIT NO. 16517, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$52,272.00, ISSUED BY NCNB NATIONAL BANK
OF FLORIDA, IN REGARD TO BOYNTON LAKES
COMmERCIAL/PARCEL "A"; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Letter of Credit, No. 16517 in the amount of
$52,272.00 was issued by NCNB National Bank of Florida, Miami in
order to ensure the com.Dletion of the installation of twin 72"
with associated construction components within
j~risdiction of Lake Worth Drainage District, who
has approved the in place construction; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staffl, hereby authorizes the
release of the L~tter of Credit No. 16517, in the amount of
$52,272.00, issued by NCNB Natio~a~ Bank of Florida, in regard to
Boynton Lakes Commercial/Parcel A .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT.
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes release of the Letter of Credit
No. 16517, in the amount of $52,272.00, issued by NCNB National
Bank of Florida, in regard to Boynton Lakes Commercial/Parcel "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall become
immediately upon passage.
