A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C05~4ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $ 45,000 TO TINDUS
INVESTMENTS, INC., DEVELOPER OF LAWRENCE
LA~ES (A/K/A LAKE GEORGE ESTATES); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon reco~endation of staff, hereby authorizes reduction
of surety in the amount of $ 45,000 , with
the sum of $ R.~O~ to be retained by the City of
Boynton Beach 'to ensure completion of required infrastructure
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes reduction of surety in the amount
of $ 45,000 to Tindus Investments, Inc.,
Developer of Lawrence Lakes (a/k/a Lake George Estates), with the
sura of $ 8,000 to be retained by the City of
Boynton Beach to ensure completion of required infrastructure
improvements.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
