A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REQUESTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION TO DONATE THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2191 SEACREST BOULEVARD TO THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, deems it to be in the best interest of the
citizens and residents of the City of Boynton Beach to request
the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to donate the
property located at 2191 Seacrest Boulevard to the City of
Boynton Beach, for public purposes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH~ CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OFBOYNToN BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida requests the Florida Department of
Transportation (FDOT) to donate the property located at 2191
Seacrest Boulevard to the City of Boynton Beach, for public
purposes.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby directs the City Clerk to provide a copy
of this Resolution, upon passage, to the Florida Department of
Transportation.
