l~ayor Gallo called the special meeting tO order at 12 o~clock Noon for
the purpose of awarding the bid on the annual insurance program.
Copies of the attached tabulation %~e distributed by the Purchasing
~,genC. M~. Michael moved to accept the recommendation of the tabulating
committee and award the bids as indicated to Ray Allen Insurance Agency.
Motion seconded by Mr. Summers and unanimously carried.
Mr. Michael moved to continue the Volunteer Firemen's and the ~tbxiliary
Police accident coverage thru the Harvey' E. Oyer~ Jr. ~.gency. ~otion
seconded by Mr. Summers and unanimously carried.
Being no further business }~. Nylund moved to adjourn. Motion seconded
by Mr. Collins and unanimously carried.
