BEACH, FLORIDA ON MONDAY~ JUNE 24, 1968.
PRESENT:
Mayor Michael V. Michael
Vice Mayor Vincent J. Gallop Sr.
Councilman Gilbert H. Collins
Councilman Leonard E. Nylund
City Attorney Gene Moore
City Manager Grady W. Courtney
City Clerk Mrs. Tereesa Padgett
ABSENT: THOMAS A. SUMMERS, COUNCILMAN
Since there was a doubt that a quorum would be present July 1st it
was agreed to hold the next regular Council Meeting July 8th, 1968.
Vice Mayor Gallo moved that the City Council go into special session
to consider the application of Tommy Norfus for a beer license. Motion
seconded by Mr. Collins and unanimously carried 4-0.
Mayor Michael declared said body to be in speeial session at 8:55 P.M.
Eo consider the above stated request.
Mr. Gallo moved that the license be approved for Tommy Norfus to serve
beer (on premises only) in the Ca, ri Dining Room, 112 N.E. 10th Ave.
Motion seconded by Mr. Collins and unanimously carried 4-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
