The Mayor called the Special Meeting To order at 4:15 P.M. with the
approval of the entire Council to consider the adoption of Ordinance
68-8 providing for emergency ~egulations.
Mayor Michael read Ordinance 68-8 in its entirety. Mr. Gallo moved
that subject ordinance be adopted on emergency basis. Motion sec-
onded by Mr. Nylund and unanimously carried.
Meeting adjourned.
