Mayor Michael called the Special Meeting to order at 7:40 P.M.

Mr. Courtney advised members of Co~ncil that Mr. Irwin Langbien brad
agreed to represent the City in the Palm Beach Memorial Park Court case.
Mr. Summers moved that Mr. Langbien be retained to represent the City
in the Palm Beach Memorial Park court case. Motion se'eonded by Mr.
Collins and carried 4 to t with Mr. Nytund voting No.
VILLAGE ROYALE
Mr. Courtney presented the Enqineer's drawings of the Water and Sewer
Lines in Village Royale and advised Council that subject plans had
been checked by our Supt. of Public Works and Fire Chief and met their
approval.
Mr. Gallo moved that the Water and Sewer Line Layout of Village Royale
~e aeceptsd based on the approval of department heads concerned.
Motion seconded by M~. Nylund and unanimously carried.
