3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
4 1 FLORIDA, APPROVING RATE INCREASES FOR GREEN
5 FEES TO DAILY FEE PLAYERS AT THE LINKS AT
6 BOYNTON BEACH GOLF COURSE; AND PROVIDING AN
7 ; EFFECTIVE DATE.

10 WHEREAS, the proposed green fee rate increase for daily fee players is competitive
11 with other courses in the areas similar to the Links; and
12 WHEREAS, the increase in rates is expected to increase the annual revenue by an
13 estimated $30,000 assuming the amount of rounds played stays the same; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach upon the
15 recommendation of staff, deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the
16 City of Boynton Beach to approve the rate increases for Green Fees for daily fee players at
17 The Links at Boynton Beach Golf Course.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
19 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
20 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
21 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption.
22 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby
23 approve rate increases for Green Fees for daily fee players at The Links at Boynton Beach Golf
24 Course, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
25 Section 3. This Resolution will become effective immediately upon passage.
