O76-63 ORDINANCE' NO. 76-63 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, A1ViENDING APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE NO, 76-35, WHICH ADOPTED THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SE?TEMBER 30, 1977, BY INCREASING ~ATER AND SEWER UTILITY FUND ~)~:~I~G EXPENSES THROUGH ESTAB LISH1V~NT OF WATER MAIN RELO- CATIONS AND SEa/ER MAIN RELOCATIONS ACCOUNTS; PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, RE(~EABING PRO- VISIONS. AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTIaLER PURPOSES. HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That Ordinance 76-35 heretofore passed by lhe City Council for the purpose of adopting the budget of the City of Boynton Beach for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, is hereby amended to provide for an increase in the appropriated operating expendilures to be made from Water and Sewer Uli[ity Fund surplus by establishing new accounts ~030-820.31, sewer main relocations and #030~812.31, water main reloca- tions, for the purpose of authorizing expenditure of the sum of $20, 895.00 to the State of Florida Deparlmenl of Transportation for work done in con- aection with the Seacrest Boulevard Joint Project Agreement and the sum of $6, 000. O0 to Orion Construction Co. for removal of an existing 12-inch (12") water main in accordance with the written findings and recommendations of lhe Utilities Director attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in fuji force and effect.
