Section 1: Thai Seciion 6(D)(1) of Appendix A, Zoning Regulations, of
the Codified Ordin~ces of the City of Boyn~on Beach, Florida, is hereby
amended to add a new subp~agraph (w) which shah read as follows:
"D. C-4 General commercial dislricl
1. Uses .permitted. Within any C-4 genera[ commercial
district, no bui[d~g, structure. [and or water, shah be used,
excepz for one or more of the fo[[o~ng uses:
w. Fabrication ~d assembly of custom cabinets and fur-
niture wi~in fully enclosed buildings ha~ng a
area not~eihan six thousand (6, 000) square feet.
Section 2: Auihority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted
to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each o~ ~e provisions of this Ordinance is
separable, inc[u~ng word, clause, phrase or senlence, and if any portion
lhereof shah be declared invalid, lhe remaining portion shah not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordnances or pa~s of ordinance~
in con~i~ herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordin~ce shah become effective
in ~e manner and at lhe time provided by
First reading this day of ~~ A.D. 1976.
