O76-48ORDINANCE NO. 76-48 AN ORI)INANCE OF THE CITY OF BOyNTON BEACH, ,FLORIDA, AMEND- ING SECTION 25-1i OF cHAPTER 25 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO PERMIT TECHNICAL REVIEW BOARD WAIVER OF REQUIRE- MENT OF SIDEWALK INSTALLATION; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO ,.~OD_FY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE .DATE Ai~-D FOR-OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOt~IDA: Section 1' That Section 25-14 of Chaoter 25 oe the Codified Ordinances of the C~ty of Boynton Beach, Flor~aa, ,-s hereby amended to read as zollows: "Sec, 25-14. Sidewalk requirements. (a) The owners of all undeveloped lots, platted or unplatted, and the owners of all plots not subject to platting, shall, as a requirement for issu- ance of a buildi~g permit and as a requirement for approval and issuance of a certificate of occupancy, for any building structure hereafter construc- ted in the City of Boynton Beach, include provision for and construct a sidewalk thereon in conformance with the specifications for sidewalk stan- dards established by the City Building Department. SpeOific authority is hereby granted to codi- fy and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code. Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of ~his Ordinance is separabl~ including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be de- clared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
