AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING sECTION t8 (A) (3) OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODIFIED
ORDINANCES OF SAID CIT~ To MODIFY TI~E FLORIDA sTATuTE
CHAPTER puRSUANT TO WHICH THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
SHALL OPERATE; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY,
SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section Ig (A) ($) Of Appendix A of the Codified Ordinances
