AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACI~ · FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF REPLAT OF PORTION OF GULFSTREAM
ESTATES PLAT NO. 2; PROVIDING FURTHER FORA SAVINGS
CLAUSE · REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TttE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the proposed plat of REPLAT O
PORTION OF GULFSTREAM ESTATES PLAT NO. 2, h~retofore submitted to the City
Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval pursuant to the Charter
and the Ordinances of said City, does meet all requirements of the City, and· ac-
cordingly, is hereby approved subject to the developer preparing and filing with
the City Clerk a performance and completion bond in the total amount of $46,219.53
insuring that improvements within said platted area are installed, completed and
paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is separ-
able, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall
be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain
in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provision: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in the
manner and at the ~time provided by law.
